By downloading, installing, or using the RideFlow mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RideFlow ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
RideFlow is a family ride coordination application that enables parents and authorized helpers to:
The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use by families and their authorized helpers.
You may not upload content that: - Contains illegal material or promotes illegal activity - Infringes on intellectual property rights - Contains personal information of others without consent - Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive - Contains malware or harmful code
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you: - Violate these Terms of Service - Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity - Misuse the App or harm other users - Provide false or misleading information
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: - The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free - The App will meet your specific requirements - Any errors or defects will be corrected - The App is free from viruses or harmful components
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - Loss of profits, data, or goodwill - Service interruptions or data loss - Third-party actions or content - Errors in AI-generated content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES).
IMPORTANT: RideFlow is a coordination tool only. We are not responsible for: - The safety or conduct of helpers during rides - Verification of helper identities or backgrounds - Accidents, injuries, or incidents during rides - The accuracy of location data or status reports
Parents are solely responsible for vetting and authorizing helpers. We strongly recommend conducting background checks and verifying references before granting helper access.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RideFlow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.
The App is intended for use in the United States. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use the App from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet outages.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive termination of these Terms.

Disclaimers: App provided "as is." We're not liable for ride safety or helper conduct.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes resolved through binding arbitration, not court.
Termination: Either party can terminate. We can suspend accounts for violations.
These Terms of Service are effective as of February 8, 2026 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted.
